We all have "things" that come up last minute that are out of our control sometimes...but if you have an appointment scheduled and you are going to be late, or an unfortunate event comes up that you are just unable to make it..please be courteous and call me directly to let me know...  If you decide to do a no-show..I will black list you ...so no need to ever try scheduling with me again..or use my name as a reference.

My rates are posted...If I'm offering a discount then I'll let you know...please don't ask...
